Refund policy

Each piece is the only one of its kind, so please look at every photo and the measurements before ordering.

Returns. If it isn't right when it arrives, email us within 14 days of delivery. Return it unused, in the original packing, and we will refund the full price of the piece once it is back in the shop. Return postage is the buyer's cost unless the piece arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Damaged on arrival. Photograph the box and the piece and email us within 7 days. We will replace or refund in full.

Custom and commissioned pieces can't be returned.

Refunds go back to the original payment method once the return is received.
