Shipping policy

Every piece is made once, packed by hand, and shipped from Ontario, Canada.

Shipping cost and time. Shipping is calculated at checkout for your address. Tracking is emailed when the parcel leaves.

United States. Duties and taxes, if any, are the buyer's responsibility.

Packing. Bowls and boxes are wrapped and double-boxed. If a piece arrives damaged, photograph the box and the piece and email us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it where we can, or refund in full.
